We have all the required testing facilities to assure the reliability & quality of the materials used in the manufacturing of transformers. Our transformers have been tested and approved by independent testing lab.
Every EVERPOWER transformer undergoes a detailed individual test and inspection, including all routine test according to National or International Standard, prior to dispatch.
This includes:
1 Measurement of transformer winding resistance
2 Measurement of transformer voltage ratio and no-load current
3 Measurement of transformer no-load losses and no-load current
4 Separate source power frequency voltage withstand test
5 Induced over-voltage withstand test
6 Transformer Tank air pressure test
The following type and special tests can be carried out upon request for the transformer of new design or customer.
1 Temperature rise test
2 Lighting impulse test
3 Short circuit test
4 Noise level test
